Rapidly Rotating Records 78 RPM Show – 19 February 2012

Rapidly Rotating Records Logo

Welcome to Rapidly Rotating Records, bringing you vintage music to which you can’t *not* tap your toes, from rapidly rotating 78RPM records of the 1920s and’30s.

For no particular reason, we’re going to start off this week’s edition of the show with a set of rapidly rotating records about glass and glasses. We’ll do some hangin’ around, and in the third segment I’ll introduce you to some of my pals. We’ll take a musical trip down to the “holler” and in the final segment we’ll celebrate the birthdays of Lennie Hayton, Walter Donaldson and James F. Hanley.

Enjoy the show!
