On this evening’s show, we’ll celebrate the April Fool’s Day, as well as the month of April, August Busch’s birthday, we’ll fulfill a request, and let you know about the upcoming West Coast Ukefest.

This past week was, of course, the first of April, or April Fool’s Day. So here to commemorate “All Fool’s Day”, are some rapidly rotating records having to do with being fooled.

March 28 marked the birth in 1899 in St. Louis, Missouri of August Anheuser Busch, Jr, and under his tenure Anheuser -Busch Brewing Company became the world’s largest brewery. So here to commemorate the birthday of August Busch Jr., is a set of rapidly rotating records about…..beer, of course.

My friend Ian Whitcomb, and the lovely Regina, will be performing live in Santa Cruz, California April 22-24, playing “Ukie” the ukulele, as part of “Uke-Fest West”, presented by the Ukulele Club of Santa Cruz and the Ukulele Hall of Fame Museum. Tonight we’re going to have our own little ukefest
