RRR Show – July 6, 2014

Welcome to "Rapidly Rotating Records," Glenn Robison's weekly, one hour radio program of "toe-tapping music from rapidly rotating 78 RPM records of the 1920s and 30s", broadcast Sunday evenings at 6:00 PM over KISL FM 88.7 Avalon.

I hope all of our listeners here in the US had a safe and sane 4th of July holiday. The 4th of July might be past, but patriotism shouldn't be confined to a few specific days a year, so this week it's a special Independence Day edition of Rapidly Rotating Records. The 4th of July is a time for parades, fireworks and American tunes, and this show has all three, plus songs about liberty and Yankee Doodle.

As always, just click on the link below to instantly listen streaming online and/or download the show. And your comments, topic suggestions and requests are always welcome. Enjoy!
