Rapidly Rotating Records 78 RPM Show – August 14, 2022

Harold Van Embergh

Welcome to Glenn Robison’s Rapidly Rotating Records, bringing you vintage music to which you can’t *not* tap your toes, from rapidly rotating 78 RPM records of the 1920s and ’30s.

Do you know who this dapper gentleman is?  He’s vocalist Harold Van Embergh ahe starts off the third segment of this week’s four segment edition of Rapidly Rotating Records, a birthday salute to composer Bernice Petkere. We’ll also be celebrating the birthdays of Jerry Hoey and Mary Lee. And bandleader Jan Ralfini wraps up the show.  There’s lots of great music and interesting information, so set aside an hour with your favorite beverage and be magically transported back to a different–and we think better–musical era.

ENJOY THE SHOW!
